Works very well with no off-taste!
While researching online for which protein powder was best for baking, I repeatedly found suggestions for using a blend of unflavored whey/isolate/casein, but the brand that most sites seemed to suggest no longer makes one. After some quick searching, I found this product, and it seemed to be exactly what the high-protein baking sites said worked best in general baking. We have followed the suggestion of replacing 1/4 - 1/3 of the flour (my wife and I bake gluten free due to celiac disease) in a recipe with this protein powder and have had very good results. Minor tweaks in the liquid or fat content may be needed, but that is to be expected. Overall, we have been very happy with how recipes have turned out and love the fact that it adds no off-taste or extraneous ingredients!

Fantastic protein powder for baking!
I needed an excellent protein powder for baking.Almost every standard protein powder clumps, has a strange texture, includes artificial sweeteners, and contains an alarming list of artificial fillers.This product is the real deal, with squeaky clean ingredients, zero clumping...turning out perfect high-protein baked goods.Add in the excellent customer service, and this is a fantastic choice...best on the market!

More protein without a change in flavor!
I just tried Lean Bakers’ Baker’s Protein Powder, and I’m really impressed! This stuff has 13 grams of protein per serving and blends casein, whey concentrate, and whey isolate, so it’s packed with good stuff.What’s awesome is that it has no added sugar, flavor, or additives, so it doesn’t mess with the taste of your recipes. I’ve used it in cookies, brownies, and even breakfast muffins, and everything turned out great. The cookies are super soft and chewy, and the brownies are moist and delicious.I love that it’s so versatile and works in all my baking. Plus, it’s great for getting some extra protein whether you’re baking for a snack or something more substantial. If you’re into baking and want to make your treats a bit healthier, I definitely recommend giving this protein powder a try. Five stars from me!

Better then normal protein
I bought this because I have been looking for a way to put protein in my pancakes without ruining the taste or the texture. It’s crazy how it does a better job than normal protein. Also, I love how there’s no other food additives, it’s just protein! Def worth giving a shot!

Wow! Blends extremely well!
Most protein baking powders/flours do not mix well or leave a bad taste after baking but not this one. This protein powder blend mixed well with my cookie and brownie recipes and you could not tell the difference in taste. Would highly recommend especially for my gym bros who want a sweet snack and extra protein in their treats!

VERY easy to integrate into my diet
I tried the pre-release sample of this, and was pleasantly surprised at how I could incorporate it. I can increase my protein intake without noticing flavor change! I am currently using it for rolled overnight oats, so it does not have to exclusively be used for baking. Glad to see there is an option like this meeting our needs!
