I put the 6 traps in different places on Monday evening, and the following afternoon one of the traps had done it's job. It has trapped the mouse who is safe and well. I will release the mouse in the fields well away from any house or flat.I am glad I bought 6 Humane Mouse Traps, but even in a flat I think I need a few more as mice can get through such small spaces. The 3 photos are of the same mouse.Highly recommended purchase *****Update: A further 3 mice have now been caught in the last 2 days. 2 adults and a small one. I hope that is the last off them

It doesn't work. Two young rats started to visit my garden in the night. Eating my strawberries so bought this. Every morning I found the trap empty. So I set a camera near it to see how they manage it. They simply just go in, feed on any bait I leave them, then even take the leftovers with them and just go out. The door never closes behind them.I have checked the trap. The mechanics works. It closes when I touch the pedal. But it obviously isn't sensitive enough for their lightweight bodies or something. And I'm talking about rats, young rats but nonetheless rats which, maybe I'm wrong, but I believe are heavier than mice.For me it's not fit for purpose since it's used as a feeding station rather then a trap.One more thing, the arm which connects the pedal and the door is outside the trap, not covered by anything so the door could be closed from outside as well.

We ordered this device and received the delivery promptly. Very easy to use, straight plug in and adjust settings as required. So far we have not seen and mouse activity but it has only been 2 days.I know it states it takes a few weeks to fully evict the problem.I have a cat who delights in catching mice and bringing them back into the house as a present, the problem is the mice are still alive and then releases them. I have managed to catch majority but 2 have escaped into the crevices if my house. Aah!

I BOUGHT THIS TO CATCH A RAT,IT HAD LIVED IN OUR GARDEN FOR YEARS. ALIAS MY WIFE DISCOVERED IT. IT WAS ACOUNTRY RAT I CAUGHT IT ON FIRST NIGHT PEANUT BUTTER BAIT. I RELOCATED IT TO A NATURE RESERVE.....WOULD RECOMEND...

I bought this as a final attempt with a humane mouse trap as I have found in the past that they don't really work or are not actually very humane. Im very pleasantly surprised with this one however and am impressed by both its effectiveness and how genuinely humane it is. I've managed to catch two mice in a very short space of time and have released both back in to the wild with minimal distress. Delivered quickly as well as being very simple & easy to use; overall i am very impressed with this product.

We have caught 4 mise. However, the trap needs some minor adjustments as the trigger step was not responding to the animal stepping on it.Flimsy plastic but does the job.

Caught one so far so works well. Worth trying different foods... McCoys crisps seem to work well.

Mouse caught within 1hr of setting trap released to the country side well away from houses etc.
