Address label stuck to the package again! Second year in a row
This is a great product but I’m sick of Amazon sticking the address label to the actual advent calendar and no outer packaging. Carefully delivered but clearly fulfilment staff can see that toys and advent calendars are gifts for children and a spoilt by a huge sticker which cannot be removed without tearing the box. Please try harder!

Brilliant product but items missing!
My daughter was so thrilled to receive this advent calendar. The first few days was sheer excitement when she opened each window. This was unfortunately short lived as when she got to day 4, it was empty! I emailed customer support who quickly replied to say I had to file a missing parts claim on their website, of which I went on to do along with sending photographs. I was asked what part was missing, this I couldn’t answer as the part was missing and each day is meant to be a surprise!Keeping our fingers crossed that there will not be any further missing parts as it will cause further upset for our little one.Very disappointed as we had high expectations for this expensive advent calendar! Unfortunately, won’t buy again due to the disappointment it has caused.

Good value
Got this for my daughter was really pleased it had a good size horse in it and lots of accessories as well as a person. She was really happy with it leading up to Christmas.

Disappointing
Finally my 10 year old realises how disappointing this calendar is. I mean you start with a horse, great but the last few days an apple, a ribbon and a tiny brush. Won’t purchase again. No enjoyment to the calendar at all.

Not many big items considering the price.
For the price of the calendar I was disappointed. One day my daughter got some plastic horse brasses to fit on to the tack. There are 6 brasses and 10 holes! In my eyes this is something that could have come already attached and another item in its place, especially considering the cost. It feels like most of the parts are just filler until you get the horses.

I have bought Schliech for many years and both my granddaughters love the advent calendar every year ❤
