Much easier to swallow than thick gels
The SIS products aren't that flavorful compared to some others (GU, Cliff) but they are easier to swallow, particularly when you're close to VO2 Max efforts. The nice thing is that you don't need water to wash it down. The definitely give a needed boost during intense efforts.
