After falling in love with the heavy duty rowing machine at the cardiac rehab gym, I decided I wanted one for home. I spent quite awhile combing through reviews of machines within a price range I could afford before deciding to purchase this one. My whole family loves this rower. It took about 30 minutes to put together, without any issues. It's quiet, very smooth, and offers good resistance. We store it upright and out of the way, but it's very easy to maneuver. We pull it out and use it daily. Very happy with the quality and hope it will continue to serve us well.

I bought this particular rowing machine because it had a large rectangular center beam that I thought looked very strong (and it is). The whole thing seems well designed, and the hardware all fit perfectly. It only took about an hour to put together (including unpacking). All the needed parts were there, including the tools needed for assembly.I love my exercise bike that I’ve used for years and has the same magnetic drive that is very smooth and quiet. The rollers for the seat have sealed bearings and thick covers. It looks like they used really good quality parts where it counts.I put the batteries in the computer, and it works, but I couldn’t care less about that part. My stopwatch and the adjustable tension of the rower are all I need.I’m 5’-9” and the beam that the seat rides on is plenty long enough and strong enough for someone about 2" -3" taller. I think the price is quite a bargain for this machine.The only negative I see, is that the resistance is not that strong. It's fine for me for cardio, but if someone needs very strong resistance, this isn't it. But, overall, I'd give it an A rating.

I was skeptical of the quality because it is a more affordable machine, but was so impressed with the durability, easy of installation, and overall design of the Pooboo machine. It has been a godsend for my family, especially my older parents, to help them keep their bodies moving when they don't feel like going outside. Instead of installing the tablet/phone mount, we just put it in front of the TV, so it's easy to get some daily movement in while getting your usually TV screen time. Without the phone/tablet mount, the machine as a very low profile and create as much visual clutter. It's easy to prop up when you need the floor space too. My father has been using it daily for the past 6 weeks, and the machine has been going strong! His posture is better, and he has a lot more energy now. This machine has been a blessing! Rowing is a wonderful full-body, low-impact workout. I've recommended it to all my friends with older parents who need some more movement in their lives. I've even used it myself a few times to get my cardio in.

I like it! The tension can be adjusted to provide a good workout and it's super sturdy. Following a suggestion from another reviewer, I fastened a set of crocs into the foot pedals, so I don't have to put shoes on to use it... makes it so easy to jump right in and get to rowing.I would have rated 5 stars but the glide on mine is a tiny bit "unsmooth" so I can hear a repetitive, bump bump bump noise that's coming from the track of the seat on the rail. I read reviews of how quiet it is, so I was a little surprised that I got the one that's making a little noise, but no worries. The other thing that is a bit annoying is the design of the wheels on the front - either they don't work, or they are so small that they don't work on carpeting... I'm not sure which.

So we do not typically buy such an important and expensive item, from a potentially less known brand…. We did many hours of research after seeing this on sale. We kept coming back to this as the absolute standard bearer especially anywhere under $300-400.But even stacked against the highest prices, in research online, this seemed a competitor. Well from opening to assembly and use, we were not disappointed one bit!This was packaged the most secure and tight I think Ive ever seen anything packed before. The packaging rivals even the high end top phone brands or something similar. It just felt high quality even taking it out of the box.We thought it would feel really light and cheap in the parts. Nope, its super dense, high quality, but not too heavy to move and assemble easily. It just feels sturdy, polished, very high quality.Assembly was easy, but in some steps I did use the video briefly just to be sure things were facing the right way, such as the seat stopper piece etc. It ended up being the way I felt it should be, but the manual pictured it possibly facing the wrong way. That stuff happens even in building blocks, not a big deal just take it slow and sure.And bow the important aspect, this thing is a great exercising machine! With just a few smooth and silent pulls we felt we had a great work out all over our body. Did it for 20 mins nice and easy, lost a pound. We absolutely love it, even the kids can do it easily and we are extremely happy about our purchase!!

Looking for a small size equipment that could help me get on getting the most of exercise, I stroke luck with this rowing machine. It was really straight forward to assemble in 30 minutes or so with clear instructions. Even setting the iphone app with bluetooth to keep track of my exercise was pretty easy. I can place my phone in the holder, set the music to keep me in the mood, close my eyes to picture myself somewhere else and enjoy a challenging but nice ride without much noise. I'm not much of an exercise guy and this machine really helped me improve. I feel at the end of a session that I got my heart pumping and my body nicely exerted. Support have been responsive with my questions as well.
