Tried this on my 5-year-old daughter after she got a mosquito bite and it worked really well. Just a few clicks and the itching calmed down quickly, so she wasn’t scratching it all the time. The swelling also went down faster than usual. It’s super tiny and easy to keep in a pocket or on a keyring, which makes it great for travel. Love that it doesn’t need batteries or charging and lasts for ages. Really handy little gadget for summer or holidays.

I started using this type of bite reliever over 15 years a go. My children were fascinated with it. It works by creating a little spark between 2 metal probes that stick out very slightly from the bottom of this device. It works by clicking/pushing the black button on top. When you place this onto a bite you should click about 10 to 15 times. You can feel a slight sharp sensation every time the button is pushed in but its not painful. If you have children that are unsure of this device they may not like it? It stops the itch almost immediately & reduces swelling quite quickly. There may be a need to use this more than once on a bite. I've just recently had to throw one of these away that I purchased over 10 yrs a go. Its great addition to any 1st Aid Kit.

This type of mosquito bite relief definitely helps with the itching, and it's small enough to pop into a small pocket or in your bag, but I found this one inconsistent in being able to click it and the shape is quite awkward. Not enough to put me off using it, it's just annoying.
