Well worth a read
This book is packed full of great tips and ideas for a long lasting healthy diet, that gives you plenty of energy for a sporting lifestyle.

More than disappointing
Extracting useful information from this book was not dissimilar to extracting blood from a stone. For useful, usable sports nutritional information: look elsewhere.

It could have been so much better!
Verbose, not detailed, fuzzy and potentially wrong in some cases! It's like someone went onto google, put together a whole bunch of freely available information without too much research and then said hey presto here is my book. It could have been so much better!
