Great product! Love not having to have your key out at the door. Just simply put your finger on the door and it unlocks. Simple installation. Great price. Fit door perfectly!

We have 3 kids: 16, 18, 21... and they were all skeptical. "Oh Dad, why does everything have to be all technical?" After it was installed, I had everyone put their finger prints in and pick a code too. My oldest didn't want to do it, but I explained how the fingerprint is stored ON the lock, not in the cloud, and he was okay with that. I set it up to auto-lock after 5 minutes (we're in a pretty safe neighborhood). They love being able to come in without a key, and also not have to worry about locking it behind them on the way out.Installation was pretty straight forward. It comes with templates for where to drill necessary holes, and the instructions were clear. I had a unique challenge where the old handle left a hole in the door that the new handle did not cover up. So I had some patch work to do before I could call it done. But overall I think it turned out great.I did also purchase the gateway and configured the two together. I'm now able to monitor and/or control the door from anywhere. It has come in handy to set a code or open a door while I was at work.

Pro:- Comes with keys, key fobs, finger print reader and key pad (for code entry).- Has an iOS app but not exactly sure what is supported without the additional wifi access hub, which I have.- Can set it up to automatically lock after a few seconds (even with custom times - ie number of seconds).Con:- The electronic keypad is a bit unreliable. For the keypad, it would have been better if physical buttons were used. Have had trouble getting the numbers to light up, then the feedback on tapping the buttons is a beep, but would be nice if the number also flashed. It can be a bit easy to mis-type the numbers.- I've never had a problem with finger print recognition, has always worked well for me. But the thing cannot read my sister-in-law's finger prints no matter what.Not unhappy I bought it, as overall I am satisfied.

This keyless lock is hands down the best purchase I ever made! Easily add and erase codes or finger prints, option for temporary or permanent codes. Easily lock the door by holding in the # for 2 seconds.Want to take a run around the block? You don’t need to take keys. Kid coming home earlier than expected? They don’t need a key. Need someone to get into your house? You don’t need to keep a key outside for someone else to find.I have one for my front door and back door. I don’t need to worry about rekeying so they are the same key. I just use my finger print and open the door.And for slightly more than a quality replacement? This is an absolute no-brainer.We’ve had this for several months with absolutely NO issues.100% recommend to everyone within earshot.

Not a bad product... Easy to install, but Took a while to get all the parts working properly.. word of advise do not screw too tight or it won’t work. Spoke to Aaron in Customer service about wifi connect and he helped a lot! Good guy! Great Purchase.

Best damn lock ever! And I’ve installed many on my front door. Written directions are not necessarily clear but the APP is pretty self intuitive. Just love the automatic locking function!!

The door handle is great but the “smart lock” dead bolt will not unlock and is too weak to unlock it. Customer support is from India and cannot understand 2 different help specialists. I decided to email them but it takes 2 days for a response. So now I have a door with no deadbolt and they want me to return it. No lock on my front door now. Waist of time and money.
