Must have for any carpet fitters toolbox
I’m a full time carpet fitter and i use this product a lot, wether its to stop carpet edges fraying or sealing the edges of sisal carpets or even repairing small imperfections like holes and tears. When using this product i usually apply a bit then run a finger along it otherwise it does dry cloudy instead of clear. Very good product when used correctly.

Probably ok in the hands of an experienced carpet joiner..not so great for me...But yes the product does what it is supposed to.

Carpet glue
Does exactly what it says on the tin

I used the glue to carpet a sun room and it worked perfectly. Glued the carpet down well and it helped seal the seams. I would recommend this glue.

One of my neighbours was selling her house and had a burn in her carpet and asked if I could patch it from another area. I’ve never done it before, but said sure. I did some research on this product and the glue is nice and durable, almost invisible and couldn't see the patches when I was finished and was a great deal in comparison to replacing a carpet.

I purchased this and never used it until over a month later. When I finally tried to use it, it was not a liquid glue as it should have been. It was dried out and unusable.

Used it to rejoin a woven carpet. Glue holds very well, is ok to work with, and by and large transparent. Need to be careful to not apply to thick. Pressure applied to joints must be over night. I used wax paper to ensure glue did not stick to weights.
