Sturdy
This is a nice, sturdy shower chair. It’s basic but comfortable. It takes a while to put together and the directions are a little challenging but all the pieces were included and it all fit together well. The height is easily adjustable and it has rubberized foot caps to help with traction.

Sturdy and adjustable shower chair
This chair is heavy duty and is able to hold up to 500lbs. of weight. With that said, it also is adjustable height wise at all 4 legs. There are 5 different height settings that go from 17.5 to 21.6 inches. This is good because everyone has different leg measurements and this may effect comfort levels if one likes to have both feet flat on the floor of the tub while sitting in the chair. The arm rests are padded and very comfortable and can even be removed if you don't need them. The back of the chair has a more firm padding and also can be removed. The back isn't adjustable.I was concerned that this chair might not fit into my bathtub but it just fit inside and is securely seated in the tub.Assembling wasn't too difficult and removing either the back or the arms is fairly straight forward and easy to do. All in all this chair is well made and sturdy and I'm completely comfortable using it or allowing someone who is heavier using it safely.

Very useful chair and well built to last
This shower chair is a great idea for having a portable solution on hand. This reviewer was impressed by how easy and quick the chair can be assembled (or disassembled) with zero tools required to accomplish the task - this makes it very convenient to keep it taken apart and stored when not in use, a real space-saving attribute that I liked. It is also very comfortable, despite the stark medical-furniture, utilitarian appearance the chair is amazingly body-friendly and not something to dread sitting in even for longer periods of time. Adjustable legs for various height needs and arms with padding are icing on the cake. Quite please with every aspect of my new chair. Five Star product.Edit: There were some missing parts that I thought I should add to this report this is a QC issue only. The four rubber crossbar ends were missing from the hardware pack. Not a big deal that I cannot work around with a substitute material so not docking any stars.

Very Useful For Those With Mobility Problems.
For quite some time now, I have been having issues with my left knee. Standing during showers has become very difficult, especially in my narrow tub. I ordered this shower chair for use in this tub. So far, it is has worked well for me.Assembly of the chair is very straightforward. The chair utilizes the included wing screws to secure the frame components together, so no tools are required for assembly. Assembly of the frame took no time at all. The frame components simply clip together, and are then secured in place via the wing screws. The seat is secured from underneath utilizing the same hardware, and the arm rests have built-in thumb screws for easy installation/removal. The chair itself is very sturdy, which allows me to sit and stand confidently. This also makes bending over while seated all the easier. Additionally, the rubber feet prevent the chair from sliding in the tub. The backrest is a nice feature, and I also appreciate the fact that the armrests are optional. I opted to leave the left armrest off, as it allows me to get in and out of the chair easier. It is safe to say that I am very satisfied with this shower chair. It is sturdy, yet comfortable, and it fits my narrow tub perfectly. When my leg acts up, this chair helps take the strain off my knee. I am very glad to have this chair, and I would certainly recommend it!

Shaking (I am 160 pound), installing screw part took forever to install.
1) Installing four legs and back seat took 5mins.2)Installing side arms and middle layers below the seat took forever to install. Those screws and plastic support are sharp, definitely not easy for seniors to install by themselves.3)I am 160 pound, the chair is not stable/sturdy, it shakes.4) Height is good, seat is good quality but legs are not strong for 200 and above weight.5) light weight.6) The seating pad that you see in the pics is useless, it Is as thick as a computer mouse pad and you have to install it manually. The whole purpose was to get a seat with the pad. So thinking about returning it bed it is shaking.
