Waste of money
Only been used about six times to empty a hot tub, so only pumping clean, lukewarm water, but has given up the ghost at 12 months and three weeks since purchase.Looked like a bargain,but a total waste of money - glad I’m not depending on it stopping my basement or house flooding.

Effective!
Works well on a timer and keeps a water sump at an acceptable level. Seems to be well put together;time will tell>

Shocking.....
Submerged the unit in the spa to pump the water out... caused damage to the spa, costing £145 to repair!!!!Can only assume that the unit is not sealed properly as you could see that water rippling just above the pump when submerged, letting off electric current into the water.
