I lost weight
I have used it for 3months and have lost inches around my waist and lost 3kg in total combined with a healthy diet and exercise!My sleep has improved and although my anxiety has been bad due to work l am able to manage better than before! I use only one tablet a day as two make me too sleepy.It definitely works for me!

Maybe this was not the right product for me but it made no difference to my puffy face

I haven't felt any benefits as yet but only been taking for 1 week so reserving judgement and holding out hope for at least another couple of weeks.

Unfortunately I took one tablet and ended up having a reaction so not able to take anymore as cause tongue to swell luckily had allergy relief on hand.Hope they work for others
