Still waiting for refund
The product, as advertised, was supposed to be compatible to a Smeg oven, it wasn’t, even the packaging said it was it was suitable for other ovens but did not include Smeg, part wouldn’t fit, was packaged and returned via the printed label, over a month ago and still no sign of the refund!!! Don’t advertise as compatible if not compatible!!! Would still like my refund!!!
