Nice shoe
I was looking for a spikeless shoe for summer wear when I found these on Amazon. At my local golf shop they were selling them "on sale" for $110 vs $34.99 on Amazon. i tried on a pair at Golfsmith and found that my usual size "10' was far too tight but 10.5 worked. I have had them a couple of weeks but they were comfortable from the start. I like the traction from the spikeless sole and they look good. I would suggest anyone with a wide foot should consider a larger size than they usually buy as the shoe is definitely a "slim" fit.

I hate tall shoes
Everyday sneakers that double as golf shoes? Yep. They fit a bit small, but nearly everyone that reviewed them said the same. When walking on pavement, carpet, dirt, children, hot coals, or whatever it is that you decide to walk on, you cannot really feel the spikes. Having owned a pair of FJ golf shoes, they are flawed, for me. 1: They have a sole. I hate tall shoes. I'm a tall dude. I don't want to be taller. Being taller means that my clubs don't fit me correctly and it screws up my swing. 2: You can feel the spikes. It's annoying and distracting. 3: They're abnormally heavy. These Puma shoes have none of these flaws. They fit similar to a skateboarding shoe, and are spiked. Sure, if you wear them everyday the spikes will wear down. But that's to be expected if you wear them on the street (I do!).Weatherproofing has been excellent. Walking a round in the morning has always left sneakers soaking wet, crinkly toes and a bad day. My FJ's solved this, but the aforementioned flaws made it not worth wearing. I nearly jumped into a stream yesterday to test out just how waterproof that they were, but.... logic wins. They can't be THAT waterproof. As for keeping the feet dry in normal conditions (and in a storm), they do wonderfully.Grip: Again, if you have worn a pair of FJ's with removable spikes... it hurts. I'm most certainly no professional golfer, but I have a very powerful swing. This means that on the backswing, I'm twisting up. In the follow-through, I'm uncoiling, A LOT. With the FJ's... it hurt with the amount of twisting and no give. Your feet do not move in those. The Puma's let you stay planted, feel secure so that you're not spinning like a top in the follow-through, but don't wreak havoc on your ankles. Are you going to stay planted on the side of a muddy hill making a full swing? Maybe not, but be realistic... I doubt that full spikes would do any better. All in all, these are fantastic shoes. Buy them.

Excelent!
At the last minute, was informed I needed soft cleat golf shoes for a 2-day golf trip back east. Found these online in my size at a VERY reasonable price. These arrived just in time to pack for the trip. Pulled them out and put them on my feet when we started at the first tee! They fit well and, to tell the truth, I never gave them another thought. Played 13 holes that day and 16 the next (due to rain and my being tired).I play golf every 5 years or so just to keep my handicap (LOL). Honestly, I didn't even think about how amazing it was that they fit and I had no problems with them until after the trip was over!I picked PUMA because I find that they generally fit my feet well.

The great thing about the shoes is the casual look
The great thing about the shoes is the casual look. To me you'd never know their golf shoes. They're great for the weekend golfer like me who just plays for fun. But they make you feel very balanced on your feet and they seem very durable with the leather construction. The traction on the bottom is adequate to me. I'm sure you could get a much more aggressively soled shoe if you wanted but I really do not put that much emphasis on the grip in that respect. I am more concerned about my weight distribution through my swing, and these shoes help me with that, because your lower body feels very connected to the ground with them. I would buy another pair of these in a heartbeat and recommend them to anybody, but I doubt I will need to be buying another pair anytime soon because like I said they seem like they are very well built.

Puma PG Clyde golf shoe
As a long time golfer I've used many different brands of shoe. The full gamut, spiked to spikeless.Very expensive to cheap. And finally these win out for comfort, grip on the turf, ease of putting them on,and whatever else you can think of with a shoe.I do have a slightly wider than normal foot and was a little leery of purchasing the regular size 12.On the first fit it was perfect.I did read the other reviews prior to purchase, some good, some not so good. I hope they continue this line for I will gladly purchase them again.

Shoes that stand out in a crowd
Love the shoes and love the colors. I wear these to Chicago Bears games and get compliments on them almost every week. I have never taken them out on the golf course but they feel like they would hold up fine there as well. They are comfortable for golf shoes but not as comfy as your favorite pair of sneakers. They are very water resistant though and will keep your feet dry and cozy all day.

Good Value
Wanted an inexpensive but comfortable golf shoe. Pretty good looking as well. This is the second pair I bought (white was previously purchased). Be sure to buy 1/2 size larger than shoe size. That was a good tip from previous reviewer.

Good for casual summer play
I got these for summer play when I was wearing shorts and wanted a casual shoe that I could also just wear from home to course. They fit just like all of my other Pumas and are really easy to clean. They are a little heavier than I thought they would be compared to my other Pumas though.
