My first time buying non wood outdoor furniture. I am very impressed with the quality and design. Very sturdy, beautiful grain made to look like wood. No need to cover as it is all weather resistant. Love my new 7 piece set in blue. Easy to assemble, sturdy and heavy. Highly recommend this product.

Greatest purchase! I was hesitant buying a dinning table and chairs that I could not see before hand, however, this was a great purchase. Beautiful color and very sturdy. The wind does not effect these chairs at all. Also, they have been out in the SC sun and no discoloration at all. My only complaint would be there are a couple of chairs that have a wobble to them. The price was amazing for this set.

Love this company and their products!I have purchased 8 Adirondack chairs also from them. The dining set is easy to assembly! I am 67 and was able to put the whole set together alone!Instructions are great and hardware is on cardboard and marked along with instructions. I also did all 8 Adirondack chairs alone with ease. I put table together first and covered it with a heavy moving blanket and used it as my work bench to assemble chairs. They are sturdy and had no issues! Thanks to this company and their products! I will definitely be buying more from them.

These feel like excellent quality! It is the same feel and density of our Trex decking. Same color too! Surprising! They look good. They are a bit wide, which is good for our 'big guys', but the width makes them sag a little in the middle, just like our decking material would do as well. I will cut a piece of wood to place as a support under the seat as 2 of our guys in the family are over 200 pounds. I do imagine these will last 20 years outdoors. I am actually thrilled with them, especially once I add a support beam under the seats.The instructions were labeled well. Sometimes the alignment of holes was a little off, but it worked out. You have to add pressure to install some of the screws as you are screwign into 'trex' that has no hole in it. It took me at least 45 minutes or more to assemble the 1st chair. I had bought 2, but am considering ordering more.

The items were packed extremely well!! Took me longer to unpack than to assemble. Although; instructions could be improved slightly but perhaps I failed to understand. Either way, easy to assemble. Very sturdy and comfortable. A great alternative to other exorbitantly overpriced sets. We love it! BTW we also purchased the conversation set and the Adirondack chairs!!!!

The media could not be loaded. The Serwall representative in writing admitted to a safety problem regarding the weakness and safety problem with the chairs. They admitted to defect!! They wanted me to replace 18 seat slats with a thicker version. First off if I did this and someone was injured I may be now a negligent party in the case someone fell thru the chair because I have altered it!! Also the correct approach would be to send the consumer a redesign, safe seat assembly!! I tried to go through the A to Z guarantee with Amazon and they tell me in emails after service reps say I have a claim for defective merchandise for a full refund that I am not eligible because the product is described as advertised. It’s obviously not described with inherent safety issues. So why use Amazon?? Good question!! I also described the table has a weakness, it wobbles!! Neither the table nor the chairs are structurally sound, I owned a furniture store for years and would never after experiencing a product like this carry it in my store!! I have shown a video of the table weakness and would have shown another video of the chairs but the product review only allows one video to be shown. Also the top chair slats clearly visible are not solid white but have brown, black and grey spots in them. Not aesthetically pleasing especially being on the top!! I will be giving this away to someone informing them of the issues , if not give it to Goodwill. Will look for a structurally sound set made in the USA and never buy a big purchase item on Amazon again!! They absolutely are not behind the customers at all!! Simply a total waste of time and a lot of lip service!! Goodbye to prime membership also!! What a terrible way to back your customers!! Also the Serwall company believes your their employee by asking you to do all this work for them, after starting the assembly process with the first two chairs and notifying them they continue to ask that the entire set be assembled !! Right there and then I should have known there’s going to be a problem. Then they just kept on asking for more photos, you can only send them so many!! They if honorable would have a company representative to look at your defective product. Fix the problems before taking advantage of the consumers the have absolutely zero ability to protect themselves from these foreign companies because certainly Amazon absolutely doesn’t care about the consumer!! Do not purchase any big ticket items on this site!! You Will certainly regret it!! Another thing they offer us a $50 discount for the defective problems they knew about before our purchase and sending it to us! You will be dealing with nothing but deception and manipulation!! Don’t make the same mistake! You’ll regret loosing close to a $1000 dollars!!! Buyer Beware!!!
