Not really a lot to say about these.They cut to shape relatively easy (Your probably going to need some solid kitchen type scissors rather than lightweight paper or hair cutting scissors) and stick to the soles of shoes really well.They add a good grip if you have some shoes or slippers with smooth, slidy soles and are also good for patching soles that are looking worn and you want to get a bit extra life out of.Over all, a good, well made and useful product
