I've tried a few different shilajits now - the packaging of this one isn't the greatest in my opinion, and there is sadly no measuring device ie spoon/spatula that comes with it.In terms of the quality it has the very obvious shilajit flavour which takes some getting used to. This is one of the more resiny ones I've tried. Best with the morning cup of coffee in my opinion. A very good supplement though. It's consistent with other shilajit products I've tried so assuming it is the real deal.Would recommend if you're looking to try the supplement out - however I do think there are better brands out there, even if it's just for the measuring of the amount you're taking.

This is only my second Shilajit product and it is not as good as my first. The tub is very cheap looking plastic. The contents taste and smell as only shilajit can but they are much more plasticy and gritty. It dissolves OK though. I have noticed that I don't feel quite as good when I take this product as I did when I used the last shilajit product and I'm thinking that maybe it's a quality thing. I'm definitely going to keep using shilajit, but not this brand.

In my opinion, 30g of Shilajit resin at current selling price of £22 is not great value when compared to how much you typically receive at this price level.Per photos with review the resin comes in a plastic sealed cardboard box, the box then also has seal before can be opened, and the resin does have a seal under the screw top lid but this can be removed and reused, so the item is tamper proof before you receive.Per photos the Shilajit resin is pretty solid and even requires some force to get it out of the jar. The taste I found to be on the bitter side and this is a Shilajit that, due to its consistency and taste, I will be melting in a hot drink rather than consuming it neat.A point of note is that no wooden spatula / spoon is supplied with this item. Not really an issue as can easily find something for getting the resin out, but if you are new to Shilajit resins then the spatula / spoons can be useful to help familiarise self with how much to take.Other point of note is that the Shilajit I received did not have a BBE date printed anywhere on the jar or on the box.
