I cannot recommend buying this hat.The hat itself, I more or less like. However, the hat I purchased (The style was Western Brown, fulfilled by Enimay Store), was literally shipped in one of those white mailing bags. It arrived completely smashed.How a company can think it's OK to ship a hat in a bag is beyond me and shows a complete lack of concern for the product and customer.The hat itself is on the small size. The hat is fairly cheaply made but that's to be expected at this price. There were a few bits sticking off from the manufacturing process which I've been able to snip and trim off. The hat band is fairly loose but overall looks OK. Basically, it's what you'd expect out of a $20 hat - it's passable but nothing special.That said if it was shipped in even a basic cardboard box this would be a great value for $20. However, considering it arrives flattened it's more or less a waste of $20 unless you want to spend a LOT of time working to get it back to hat shape and still never have it be right.

Came squished in a bag. The stone/band were sewn on, but not properly centered. Wondered if large design holes would let through too much sunlight. Returned it.

I received my package and it was in a white bag, the bag was smashed and the hat was even worst, it had tears all over it and the straw just broke apart, I did give a one star because the hat style looked nice and it did fit, but other than that it was not good

Wasnt to sure what i was going to get based on other reviews but it was the highlight of my trip to Nashville. Amazing quality and came in a box that prevented it from being misshaped. It has an inner elastic that allows it to hold your head perfectly. I would give it 10 Stars if I could.

It arrived NOT in a box but in a. BAG! Of all things to ship such an item. I was "crushed", pun intended. It's taken me several days trying to reshape it. (I'm still in the process of getting it to actually look like a hat) The hat itself is exactly as pictured minus the crushed look. I had intended to wear this hat to an upcoming concert, but if the reshaping doesn't work, sadly I'll have to wear another hat.

The media could not be loaded.  I loved my hat, it fits perfect. I wanted to go horseback riding for my birthday and I wanted to look the part. The quality is perfect and definitely helped keep the sun out of my face, and very stylish.
