I bought an expensive reverse osmosis water unit last summer. It's easier to make my own filtered water versus getting 5 gallon bottles at the store so I splurged. I love the convenience, but I learned that there are no minerals in reverse osmosis water. So I bought the Mineral Cartridge for my machine and I bought liquid silica. I bought the liquid silica purely to make my water taste better, because I read somewhere that the best bottled waters taste really good because they have high amounts of silica in their water. I didn't expect anything other than good tasting water. So I was really impressed when I realized that I now have rock hard thick beautiful nails thick beautiful hair and this has really helped my achy hand finger joints. So this is a product that I will keep buying because I know for a fact it works, for your health and for the flavor of your water,it's awesome.

Your hair will grow fast with this stuff! I saw a video somewhere of a lady who was taking this to tighten her skin after losing 100lbs and she said she also got great hair growth with it. So I thought what the heck, I’ll give it a try for a month. It actually works too well on me. I used to get my hair colored every 6-7 weeks and now I must go in at 4 weeks because my roots are showing too bad. All the baby hairs on my hairline have filled in. My eyebrows too. It’s crazy how well this works. So I sent some to my daughter who is 31 years old and it worked even better on her hair. She called to thank me because she had been struggling with thinning hair from hormone imbalances. She showed me how much her hair grew and it was A LOT. My mom is also taking it and noticed her hair is growing in faster and she is sleeping better. One more thing to point out-My nails seem to break less now. I can confidently assure us all that this product is definitely not “water” as someone stated. I’m starting second bottle. From what I can tell thus far it’s easily digested, taken, with no negative side effects. I’m taking biotin, and other omegas plus this silica, so hard to differentiate but I have a lot of long hair with some broken off in one area from coloring I think and it’s growing back nicely pretty now!

I’ve been using this liquid silica for a little while now, and one thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to take. It’s completely tasteless, so I can add it to water or another drink without changing the flavor. The dropper bottle is also convenient, making it simple to incorporate into my daily routine. That said, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or obvious results so far. I understand supplements can take time to work and everyone’s experience is different, so I’ll continue using it to see if that changes over time. For now, I like the convenience and quality of the product, but I can’t honestly say I’ve seen enough benefits yet to rate it higher.

Listen. I have tried all the other silica’s. Even the more expensive brand here on Amazon which was supposed to be a high absorption and more bioavailable… saw no difference and went straight back to this one. I lose my hair frequently due to stress and hormones. This grows back my hair like nothing else. I see baby hairs popping up in new places that never did before and also my nails used to constantly break and now they stay thick and strong and never break at long lengths. My skin also has more of a glow to it and is more hydrated. This is my staple supplements. I’ve been using this for a year now. Never plan to stop.
