Excellent video door phone, with quick installation service from MSC. They have installed door phone within 5 hrs.

Great product. Works seamlessly and a great security feature

Firstly, they claim doorstep installation service after purchase but there is absolutely zero support.I checked this product about a month back when it wasn’t yet launched and just because I checked the product once I started getting bugged by constant advertising on all social media, I bought the product giving into the hype and the advertising, I guess. Going to put a lot of effort to list down the issues because I regretting buying this and there is no return option for this device.1. The picture quality says 1080p but that’s a false resolution made by increasing the pixel count instead of actually giving 1080p video quality. The picture quality is very poor.2. The product has no battery option and only works via power adapter which is not clearly mentioned in the description, rather it says 3 batteries provided which are actually for the indoor chime.3. The product has night vision IR but it barely illuminates in the dark, Feels like a forced addition of feature not having actual utility.4. When someone presses the doorbell you get a call alert on your phone, 2 out of 3 times when I cancelled/disconnected the call, the loud ringer kept on ringing on my phone. No way to silence it just wait for it to eventually die out after 30 seconds. VERY VERY ANNOYING!5. The adapter of the doorbell is attached to the doorbell at a very short length of about 2 feet and cannot be extended, So basically you need to have a big recessed storage behind your doorbell installation area to hide the adapter and its cable otherwise they would keep hanging below the doorbell and can easily be cut or pulled by someone who wishes to break in. Once the cable is cut, all alarm and cloud alert features are useless.6. 2 way audio goes into a echo loop which only stops when you mute the device.7. Worst of all this is a new product by this company and there is no return policy on Amazon for it. Basically you are stuck with the product if it doesn’t work for you or you don’t have proper installation facility for its adapter in your house like in my case.8. There is no local Storage option with micro SD card or inbuilt memory and you are basically stuck with cloud recording which is a paid service, so you have to pay a monthly fee for life if you want the cloud recording which is the actual smart feature of this smart doorbell.9. For some reason they have made the doorbell button a touch button, it has no click depth or feedback. Its like a touch screen button because of which it feels like you have not pressed the button properly and you tend to try and press it 3-4 times.10. It takes about 15 seconds to receive the call on the app which is again useless.11. Alexa alert is not instant and is not usable.12. Also noticed the device heating up in the center when idle so don’t know how long this unreturnable device would last.Had they invested half of the marketing money in product development it would have been much better.

Well to tell the truth... I ordered first time... Read reviews... Cancelled the order before delivery... Again ordered... Received... This time the product was not scanning QR code in the app on my mobile (Redmi Note 8 Pro) ... I got disappointed... Requested for exchange... after 30 minutes on phone call with Amazon customer care they registered my complain and initiated exchange. Then I experimented and found that the product is mobile specific (LOL). This product scans QR on my wife's mobile. I thought this may be a fault. But I was wrong. When I got the replaced product it also doesn't scan QR on my mobile (Redmi Note 8 Pro) but it scans the QR on my Wife's Mobile (Redmi Note 6 Pro). I don't know what's the logic behind this.Pros...1) Design/ build quality is good. Its slim and slick.2) Instantly calls on Mobile via app. It sends a still image until the call is received.3) The Voice is clear on the device as well as on mobile.4) Connects simultaneously with multiple chime bells.5) Motion detection is good enough.6) Night vision is good enough7) Human detection is also good.8) Records videos on card as well as on cloud.9) Multiple options in the app for creation of routines like Home, Away and Night. One can customize when to start and stop the routine.10) Multiple options to start recording video like Video will start recording while motion is detected or human is detected or the bell is pressed or continuous recording like CCTV.11) Blue light glows when motion is detected and someone can easily notice the doorbell instead of searching for it.12) Setup is easy13) Video call can be answered by not receiving the call (if the owner is in meeting or at the middle of any other important work) and sending a pre recorded Voice message (not in computerized voice but in someone's own language and voice).14) Live view can be seen anytime from mobile app.15) Customer Care (Qubo) is responsive.16) Membership plan is optional. Not necessary to buy subscription to keep the device functioning. Membership plan is also cheap and membership plan only gives cloud storage space availability.17) Above all Made in India product. Now its time to be proud that such technology is being solely delivered by an Indian company.Cons:1) It takes 5-8 seconds to load live feed from camera on Amazon Echo Show (Alexa) device2) Video quality is not like 1080p quality as the company claims.3) Faces problem during scanning of QR on certain mobile phone models (Don't know why) during first setting-up of the device.4) One can log in the app from multiple mobile phones (with the same login ID and password), but Video Call will only be placed on that particular mobile device from which the QR Code was successfully scanned during setting -up of the device. Like I can change settings from my mobile but whenever the bell is pressed Video call is placed on my wife's mobile.5) There are some limitations with Alexa.
