Price is reasonable for product. I bought this to mix with my protein shake that I drink after workout. I just use spoonful or so. It helps your muscles absorb the protein and nutrients faster from what I researched

There is no taste when I put in with my protein shakes. Very easy to mix and it has not upset my stomach at all. Seems like good quality dextrose.

Don't spend excessive amounts of money on "sports" drinks for muscle rehydration after a workout. Dextrose (Glucose) is your body's favorite fuel source. It's a monosaccharide that your body can utilize very quickly. I make a post-workout drink using dextrose, Celtic sea salt, and lemon juice powder. The cost is negligible, and the drink is superior to 90% of what you can purchase. If you want it to have color, add a few drops of methylene blue to it. I purchased daily serving bags so I can make my drink mixes for the week, similarly to how one does meal prep. I keep a serving in my gym bag so after I'm done lifting, I have muscle fuel for the ride home.

This works wonders for me in the morning! It's strong enough to make me more focused than normal mixed with a cup of coffee; I'm honestly not sure and never cared to check what the "dosage" was, but I put a couple teaspoons in each cup of coffee I drink in a day and it helps my focus immensely. Definitely give it a shot!

Product as described. Dextrose is useful. Good for dusting pastries because it melts slower than normal powdered sugar.
