These patches came off during the day as well as at night. No significant changes that could be attributed to the use of this product. Total waste of time, energy & money!

I read the complaints on these not sticking, but I’ve solved the problem. Don’t use your fingers to pull the stickers from the backing. Do NOT touch the sticky side at all. Use tweezers, pull them from the backing and then stick them straight on your skin pressing down the corners well and put them in a place where your skin doesn’t move around a lot. I use the inside of my left arm just below the elbow. So far, this has worked really well. As to how they work: I think they’re helping. They seem to help kill food cravings and help support my energy levels. I’m pleased, especially since I broke the code on making them stick.

I guess I was expecting more than I should have. I thought it would give me more energy and maybe lose some weight. If it is working inside I don't notice it. I am ending my second month and have less energy and gained a few pounds without changing my eating habit. I feel that 2 months is a fair trial. But then I will be turning 80 in 10 days so maybe that is my problem.

I used these patches for one month. I noticed no changes at all. No curb of appetite or boosting of metabolism. It was like putting a plain piece of plastic on my body. I had good expectations but I got nothing. I did have one patch fall off but all others stuck just fine. I won’t waste my money on them again.

The Patch does work for me. I am not hungry and cravings are under control. My sister is using it to and has lost quite a few pounds. It does stick without any problems to clean skin. It even stays on in the shower.

They’ve given me energy that I haven’t had in a long while. Easy to use. I haven’t lost weight yet but I’ve only been using these for a couple of weeks.

SCAM... these don't do anything. It's like wearing a sticker for 12 hours. Bunch of crap and not worth the money. Scam.

I am only on day two no issues with the patch sticking like some have claimed. I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m putting it on my lower back. If that makes a difference. Make sure your pants do not touch it occasionally press around to make sure it’s still sticking and the first day I wore it. I put it on about 11 AM did not start getting hungry until about three so I think I’m going to start doing it after lunch because nighttime is my worst time for cravings and hopefully it helps. But so far so good
