The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. I was kinda shocked by how much better I felt afterward. This is the first electrolyte drink I’ve tried that actually makes a noticeable difference. I assume it’s the balance of vitamins and sodium. Liquid IV says the sugar is what helps get vitamins into your bloodstream more effectively. Now I keep these on hand all the time, especially in the winter, when I wake up feeling dry and sluggish first thing in the morning. I have one every day or every other day. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. The only downside for me is that this version has a bit more sugar than I’d like. I don’t love stevia (so I avoid the zero-sugar kind), but I usually just use half a packet to keep the sugar lower. It still tastes great and works just as well. Final verdict: BUY THEM. All the flavors are great. Super effective, tasty, and customizable. I genuinely feel better since I started using these.

fantastic product, contains more sugar than i would usually like but tastes good. i used to buy at costco but they discontinued this flavor at costco. i always keep one on hand as i'm breast feeding and liquid iv dissolves easily, tastes good, doesn't leave a grainy texture, the packets are functional, and it helps with hydration

It dissolves pretty quickly. I love the taste! It helps so much with hydration, I recommend it. It was recommended by doctors for someone I know that was having issues with their kidneys. I believe it's worth the price. It helps with energy, as well, because you're not going to have much energy if you're dehydrated. It's not meant for pain relief, or increasing your nail strength. However, I still recommend it

This is a great product and the taste is amazing, but it does have a salty taste. It is very good for electrolyte replacement. As a nurse practitioner, I recommend this to all my patients! I would have given 5 stars but due to the salty taste not being ideal figured 4 were the honest reply. They are very effective at what they are meant to be used for! It is very good your skin as well!

Is your child past the age of telling them that pedilite tastes delicious and will make them feel better? Can you no longer lie to them in hopes of helping them feel better in the heat? This is your product. Taste exactly like the popsicles, a little salty. But hey, you're gonna find that in any hydration fixes. I've worked on an 8-year-old trekking through universal in the beginning of September. He stayed hydrated, and that was incredibly helpful.

The Watermelon Liquid I.V. flavor is one of my favorites. It mixes easily, tastes refreshing, and isn’t overly sweet like some other electrolyte powders. I notice a big difference in how hydrated I feel, especially after workouts or on days when I just didn’t drink enough water. It definitely works quickly — within about 15–20 minutes I feel more energized and less sluggish. It’s also great for travel, long days outside, or whenever you need an extra boost. If you like watermelon flavor and want something that actually helps with hydration, this is a winner. Highly recommend keeping a box on hand!

Liquid IV is a must have for your medicine cabinet. I keep an emergency stash in my car and daypacks as well. It hydrates quickly and tastes great, I like this açaí berry flavor but all of them taste great. It’s really a life saver during physical exertion, illness or just in the day to day as well having the essential vitamins and minerals we are lacking to keep hydrated. Love it!

It is a good product. Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product

I have tried a few different flavours of this product, as well as the Vitamin version, and have been thoroughly impressed. Liquid I.V. does what its competitors have never achieved for me - it has left me well hydrated, and perked me up a bit. I first tried these when feeling under the weather, and was able to notice the difference later in the day. Have since used during the UK's recent heatwave, some particularly long hikes, and after drinking. In all of these scenarios Liquid I.V. has performed exactly as it claims. The strawberry flavour is my personal favourite.
