Once charged, we selected the lower of the two sensitivity options...and opted to go for the beep and vibration over the shock collar option to start. Once strapped onto Brady, we opened up the blinds and let him go for a bark. Once he started barking, we instantly heard the low level beep and vibration...and he instantly stopped barking. I was worried he wouldn't feel the vibration of the collar due to his thick coat but he felt it! No shock option needed.All in all, this collar is made from a durable nylon material, it can be sized for small dogs or larger dogs...and it has multiple options. It also holds it's charge...he's been wearing it now for 3 days, no charge needed!If your dog barks too much, test out this humane, multi-optioned collar. It worked for US!

This is important because any loud sound or other dogs barking can set off a collar that is based off of sound, The higher end e-collars use this technology and this is great value compared to these top-tier brands and seems to have the same features and functionality.The extensive options allow you to adjust the sensitivity to your dog size and bark and how they react to the stimulation. I have found the best way to use. It is to watch how your dog reacts and use the lowest level of stimulation to begin with. There is a mode that increases stimulation if the dog continues to bark.It is best to allow your dog to be deterred from barking without giving them commands - Just ignore your dog and let the collar do its work. Your dog will learn to limit their barking, but this process can take several days. You can also monitor this because the dog collar also counts the number of barks and stimulations which you can review if you’re gone for the day. The barking should slowly decrease over time until the dog realizes they should not bark when the collar is on.
