I ordered two packets, and the diapers tear easily while putting them on my baby, which is very frustrating. The hold capacity is poor, and it doesn’t last even a few hours, definitely not suitable for overnight use. For the price, this product does not offer value for money. I initiated a return for one packet and uploaded a clear picture of the torn diaper, but there has been no response or resolution from Amazon. As a result, I have canceled my subscription. Disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

Until recently, I had never experienced any issues—there were no leaks, and the quality was excellent.However, with my most recent purchase of the same M size diapers, I noticed a significant change. The diapers appear bulkier, even when dry, and I’ve experienced unexpected leakage, which was never a problem before. I haven’t noticed any visible difference in design or packaging, but it seems something may have changed—perhaps the thickness or materials used.I used to be very satisfied with both the quality and price, but now I am unsure if I will continue purchasing unless this issue is addressed. I would appreciate it if the brand could look into this.
