Product Review for LODAY Waist Trainer Corset For Weight Loss Tummy Control Sport Workout Body Shaper Black (XL, Black(Vest-Adjustable Straps)) : Pleasantly surprised.On a whim I decided to purchase this product, with hope that it would do as intended, train my waist...I was moderately excited when I opened the package only to be disappointed that it appeared I probably ordered the wrong size. It looked tiny and I am not. I decided to try it anyway, after all I did measure myself and purchased the XL based on those measurements.... and surprise, there is just enough stretch in it for me to attach the hooks and zip it up and boy was I pleased!Not only does it have sexy lace adjustable straps and hold my flabby gut in, but I had to also put a belt on when I pulled my jeans up. I've been working on losing weight and bought a size smaller pants and when wearing this corset I also have to wear a belt with the smaller pant size!That's not even the best part.The corset works to lift my breasts and flatten my stomach so I look and feel more feminine and prevents muffin top which is amazing and one of my biggest pet peeves with women's jeans. I'm a nurse and recently bought new scrubs. I wear 38DDD bra and have to buy XL tops to fit them. Now because of this corset, my waist looks so small in my scrub tops that they look sloppy and I'm happily paying my sister to take them in from the waist down. And I love the feel of the material against my skin. I'm actually looking forward to shopping for clothes for the first time in a long time.That's not even the best part.After working 8 years in long term care as a nurse my back is not in the best of shape. I often go to the chiropractor to have my spine adjusted to reduce the pain. I wore this corset to work. Not only was it comfortable, but the back support is the absolute best part. I expected to want to tear this off as soon as I got off work. I didn't. I wore it until I got ready for bed and I had no back pain the whole day.

This is very comfortable! I like that it has shoulder straps and hooks as well as zippered for extra security. There are three rows of hooks so you can adjust tightness as needed. I was very happy with the shaping it created in my abdomen, it created a bit of an hourglass on this apple shaped body. It even helped with my posture and back pain lessened slightly.

It works pretty good. My only dislike is that it rides up some in the back so I had to keep pulling it down. I wear it on my bloated days and it helps with that. Pretty comfy once I wore it a few times. Starts off really tight but now it’s the right size. I’m an XL and ordered a XL.

I am 5' 2" and 230lbs and finding clothes and undergarments that fit properly, are comfortable, and look good is an ongoing challenge. Finding this shaper was a delight. It is super comfortable to wear all day at work, the back support it gives me is phenomenal, and it makes for a very flattering shape. I love it so much I hopped right back on Amazon the first day I wore it and ordered another in beige (which, BTW, is a peachy nude tone not the pinkish hue in the pictures). The only difficulty I have had is that when wearing these with an underwire bra it can cause some discomfort beyond what you might already get from poking wires. I swapped that out for a Shapermint bra with no underwire and that solved that problem. Hope this info helps!

Inconsistent sizing. I read reviews that showed many were returned due to being too small. I checked the waist size on the product information before ordering. I ordered on beige in size large, it fit beautifully, so I ordered 2 more of the same size. Received the 2 new ones all of them were labeled size large but the second 2 I ordered were way too small. Had to ship back and order the XL. Once they come in I will update my review with how they fit.

Very comfortable

Not the best waist trainer. I purchased this product expecting to help not only on my weight loss journey but also with my posture, first time I got an XL way to big, then I returned it and got the medium size and not even close to fit me when btw I’m a medium size on shirts but okay i returned it and got the Large size thinking I’m gonna give it a try, I’ve been wearing it for the day and it breaks in half around my belly button making it very uncomfortable and noticeable. And it’s not tight enough to make a difference. I’m keeping it just because I’m done and I use this one already for hours but save the trouble. This one it’s not worth it 😔

Included is a card to "buy one get one free" with some other verbiage about how you "qualified". Don't fall for this. It's against Amz's rules and if you review anything you got that way, Amz can purge your entire account. Vendors know this.- Made in China- Adjustable straps, uses coated metal- Straps can unhook in back to cross over- Inside is 16 hooks, 3 positions- Good sturdy zipper tho it's plastic- The 2 ribs on the back do have something springing/rigid in them, the rest are just doubled up fabric- Made in China- 90 polyester, 10 spandex- Hand wash cold, do not bleach, do not wring. Do not iron. They've used two non-standard symbols for drying. The closest I can come is drip dry but don't line dry. Yeah. I'm drying it flat on a rack I put in the tub.The 4X size is tiny. It's a gray area for compression garments. They can skimp on fabric and just claim "compression". This is 42" around at the hem so you're going to be getting a workout just getting this on.I'm using it for back support.
