Package says, "Harvested from the forests of CHINA".I wish I would have seen this before purchasing. Now I don't trust this specific product.I've had exquisite Chaga mushroom extract as a coffee replacement before in other brands.This stuff tastes like they laced dirt and burnt wood ash in it for a filler to cut costs.Extremely disappointed! Tastes very low quality.This is NOT a quality pure product.In fact, this doesn't taste like Chaga at all!It actually gives me a stomach ache every time I've made it, which has only been about 5 times total thinking I was making it wrong. I ended up throwing it out.The dirt in my own backyard would taste better than this crap.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT THAT CLEARLY TASTES ADULTERATED!Now, with that said...in all fairness, the seller did say in their store that this specific item is the only product not from Maine since their facility didn't have the ability to make a concentrate that could be dissolved in hot water (like an instant coffee). My bad for not asking better questions. So to be fair, this is not the seller's direct product, it is a sourced product.This review is solely about only THIS product, and not against the My Berry shop, which DOES sell USA local Chaga. I will order again from them, just not this specific product.

Most effective for energy and alertness. Works well when one is feeling tired. Liked the product with coffee, stirring before each sip. One thing and it just might be me, but after 5 days of regular dosages my belly started swelling and causing pain. Stopped chaga extract and problem went away.
