Very good quality, but sadly it is just slightly too small which means the velcro straps rub which is uncomfortable and could get painful quite quickly. Since the blurb said it fitted up to 60 cm measured around the knee, and for most people their thighs are bigger than their knees I had assumed that it would be plenty big enough. For other potential buyers, roughly 6" above and below the centre of the knee, the maximum un-stretched measurements are thigh 20" (51cm) and calf 16" (41cm). There is some give in the material, but I could only get it to stretch to about 58cm around the thigh (hence the velcro rub). Having said that - I would still recommend this brace (for people with slightly thinner legs). It is well made, feels solid and provides plenty of support.

Great for support when needed

Brilliant! I've never worn one before, but what a relief wearing this knee brace. I tried it out in the house for a three hours and it was incredible just how much strain this takes off your knee. A worthy purchase. *****

Bought this for my daughter who sustained a stage 6 tibula fracture, it is really helping with the pain. Sadly the wrong one was sent initially, but is was replaced with no fuss.
