Nice Lid
I have a Neotec 2 and was very happy with it's performance. I got the Neotec 3 and there are some minor changes, all for the better. It is a Shoei (XXL) and I have been wearing them since the mid-90's as they fit me great, are comfortable and hold up well so no complaints here. I purchased this one as the paintjob matched my motorcycle pretty closely, but it was "last years graphics" so I got it on here for $100 less and got the graphics design I wanted.

Shoei for the win!
I own a LOT of helmets but my ‘go to’ was my Shoei RF-1400. Not anymore…this Neotec 3 tops it. I wear an XL in the RF1400 but a large in the Neotec 3. Shell size is about the same. I opted to install my Sena 50s instead of the SLR3 system and it fits on great. (Clamps on perfect). Wind noise is a little less on this than the RF1400. The ear pockets on this neotec seem a little bigger (I like the extra depth this gives to the speakers) but the helmet neck roll/padding is definitely more snug and keeps the wind out. I would prefer a D-ring over this ratchet system but I got lucky and it fits my perfect right out of the box. Pinlock is no brainer and for a $1,000 lid glad they include it. Paint scheme on this Red Grasp is a LOT (LOT!) brighter in person than the pics appear. A LOT. I thought it was a gray helmet with red highlights but it’s more of a red helmet with dark gray background. See pic. It’s bright! The material around the strap seems a little scratchy where the stitching is so we’ll have to see how that weathers. (Might just be the new threads).

Horrible Sena Com system!!
This helmet is very comfortable. However the required Sena com system is horrible. Do not invest your money in this system.
