great small, but powerful focus/zoom motor
this works pretty good, i use it for zoom on the ronin rs3 pro for "steadicam" for live events. its got some motor torque too considering its getting power off usb c from the gimbal, and i like thats its pretty light too since i rig a wireless transmission system to the gimbal too

DJI Focus Motor for DJI Ronin gimbals.
Smooth, accurate, and responsive this motor really improves focus pulls and works seamlessly with DJI gear. Setup is simple, and the build quality feels solid. It’s a little pricey, and the motor can be slightly noisy in very quiet environments, but overall it’s reliable and does the job well for professional shoots.

Fantastic, easy to operate & understand, super accurate, fast & stable without being “jerky”. Wish there was a way to solve the overlap on the adjustable gear tread.

Great for run and gun focus pulling
I’m a wedding videographer and this is definitely a game changer for the RS3 pro and up. Even without the lidar unit this gives you the ability to make complex focus pulls without taking your hands off the gimbal. The only drawback is that I can’t use my quick release plate and the motor at the same time so swapping cameras can take a little extra time but I’m sure there’s a work around just using the regular mounting plates and an 15mm rod attachment with the quick release. Over all great buy can’t wait to get the lidar unit too!

Impressively easy to setup. Very durable. Quiet. Small profile. Slick design. I'm impressed at the power of this motor in such a small size and it's so articulate. Any subtle tiny little focus pull movement, it's responsive and very smooth. I love using this thing, it's a must have. And the price. It's really a great price considering the build quality and the value it adds and what you get. I almost would even suggest DJI bring this up in price. But they know what they're doing. It's worth it (for me). I'm glad I got it.

Perfettamente compatibile con gimbal DJI rs3 pro, va solo attivato nel menù interno il collegamento e poi tramite rotella anteriore del gimbal si ottiene la messa a fuoco. Veloce , potente, ha un settaggio automatico dei limiti minore e maggiore per l' obiettivo così da non andare in sforzo arrivando a fine corsa
