Nicely presented up-to-date M.2 radio module
I decided to internalize the Bluetooth & WiFi on a recently purchased refurbished mini-PC to free up USB ports. The module comes nicely packaged with a screwdriver and a couple of spare module locking screws. Once connected, the USB2 Bluetooth showed up immediately in Windows 10 but the WiFi drivers were not auto-detected. However, the packaging provides a link from which more up-to-date Realtek drivers for each can be downloaded. Once unzipped, I pointed Device Manager's Update Driver to the unzipped directory and the WiFi sprang to life. The Bluetooth drivers provided are also more up-to-date than Windows' stock ones so I used the same method there.Using a spare SMA antenna & SMA-IPEX cable along with another IPEX pad antenna for MIMO I now have a neat, pretty modern pair of radio interfaces at a very reasonable price. The chipset is a Realtek 8852BE, the WiFi requires the M.2 socket to pin-out the PCIe interface and the Bluetooth the M.2 socket to pin-out the USB2 of course. Be careful as not all budget PCs provide a full pin-out on their M.2 interfaces.

Quick and easy solution
The hardest part of installing this is tiny (teeny tiny) connections for the antenna. You seriously can't be kak handed with that. That said, I managed to get it right, with a little help from a small spudger in the tool case, and patience! The drivers don't install automatically - or at least mine didn't- but the quick start guide gives the details of the website link to download them. Once downloaded, extract the folders, one for each of the Bluetooth and wifi, but don't be tempted to try to install from there. Go into the device manager, and you'll see the devices there. Select update drivers and navigate to the respective folders. They install easily and quickly, but I'd suggest a restart to finish the process. The connections are reliable and fast. Quality wise, I have no negatives. If you're looking to upgrade (never bad thing) or to add wifi or Bluetooth onboard, this is a great value choice. It's well packaged and comes complete with a small phillips driver and screw(s).

Huge speed upgrade
The difference in Gbps was collosal, well worth the upgrade, and the price. There are 2 cables that need to be attached to the card with rediculously tiny connectors, it takes a long time and a lot of patience to attach them, but that's hardly Amazon's fault.

A great way to add WiFi to your computer
If you have a spare M.2 slot, or a slot you're not going to use then this is a great way of adding both WiFi and Bluetooth to your device. It slots directly into the M.2 port on your motherboard meaning there are no external antennas or USB sticks to break! It supports the option to add antennas to it if used in a desktop or connect it to the existing antennas if used in a laptop. The performance of the device seems to be very good as well. I've experienced no disconnections and good speeds with it being able to max out my routers WiFi protocol.Due to its size, it is quite fiddly to install if you have big hands. But then I've experienced the same issues installing NVME drives so I think that's just the nature of M.2 in general! Overall though once it's installed, it's a great product and one in which I can highly recommend!

Fantastic little M.2 WiFi 6 & Bluetooth 5.2 that is mega-fast.
Fantastic little M.2 WiFi 6 & Bluetooth 5.2 that is mega-fast.Simply fits to a spare M.2 slot, install the drivers ( link to drivers in the supplied installation guide ) then you're ready to use. This tiny little board is super-fast giving approx. max speed 1200Mbps WiFi 6 & Bluetooth 5.2.Comes with a handy little screwdriver & screws for installation to the M.2 slot.EDIT / UPDATE: To enable use of an external WiFi antenna & actually use your home WiFi, an additional cable is required ( as well as an external antenna(s) ). This gets the signal from this WiFi card to the rear panel I/O of the computer. If you search on Amazon for" U.FL IPX IPEX MHF4 to RP-SMA Female WiFi Antenna Cable 30cm 2-Pack " you will get this exact cable I'm showing you here.It connects to the two tiny coax connectors on our WiFi card as shown in the pictures. The other end goes to a rear mounting plate ( use a spare blank plate & drill two holes for the external plugs ). Once these plugs are securly tightened with the gold plated nuts & star washers, you can then connect your external WiFi Antenna(s). You can use the antennas that screw directly onto the plugs or like I use, a Dual-Band 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz antenna with a long lead, so you can point it a position it more accuratley. ( See pictures )

Didn't work at all / no detection of device
The device came in a an anti-static bag (only sealed one end so it fell out of the bag and was rattling around the box) with 2 screws and a screwdriver. The screwdriver was terrible and went in the bin. The two screws were handy,The device itself didn't work / detect at all on 2 laptops of different ages. Original wifi adaptors work fine. This not not a driver related issue but device related as it didn't even show in device manager. The PCB itself is also significantly thinner than the PCB used by the existing wifi cards in both machines which I suspect contributes to this issue with a possible no connect on the slot pins.
