It’s not doing well Customer Service is very helpful to me as well
Not any green leaves come up after few days so this update 8/7/24 i Id received my replacement and it was beautiful and very healthy with flowers love this store great customer service and support thanks !

Some healthy green leaves and some not.
Arrived mature with green leaves. The root felt a little soft and slimy and a few brown leaves. possibly due to shipping in a plastic bag. Transferred to my pond with no problem, hopefully will be alright.

So disappointed!!!!
I bought two of these Lillie’s,, the first did wonderfully in my pond and is thriving! The second arrived in very poor condition the leaves didn’t look healthy at all. Even so I planted it hoping it would perk up. Unfortunately even with great water conditions and Thrive fertilizer this second Lilly hasn’t produced any new leaves and those existing ones have just died. For $39.95 I was hoping for better service or at least a reply to my email. But after a week I’ve had no response. Perhaps I’ll have to look elsewhere!!

Very poor quality, not full sized, not even close. It arrived tiny.

Hopefully they mature and bloom this year
They arrived alive and has some growth, but definitely small and no flowers the whole first year
