I am a fine wine drinker. I bought this Aervana a little over a year ago to use when I do not have time to decant a wine. While it worked very well and seemed to perform better in terms of quicker drinkability of the wines, I only used it about 20-25 times, and when I used it yesterday it stopped working. I contacted the company and the only response I received was since it is over a year old we can sell you another for $61 including shipping. No troubleshooting, no attempt at help, only buy another at a discounted price. If I had this for a few years that would have been nice. That means that every usage cost me $4-5 dollars. I do not feel that the Quality of this unit is worth that expense. Easier to think about decanting a wine or just using an aerator that has no moving parts and no batteries.

Works great and fantastic customer support!We have had several of the "pour through" aerators over the years. We started reading reviews of powered devices. The Aervana injects significantly more air than the pour-over devices so it opens the wine up even more. Plus, it's really quite cool to just press a button and have great wine flow.The device came with 2 tubes. For some reason, one of them worked fine but the other didn't seem to seal right and it didn't create a solid flow. On a Sunday night, I sent in a comment and before I was even awake Monday morning, not only did I have a replay from Aervana but I also had the tracking info for new tubes sent out to me immediately.

This is awesome! Over the holidays saw this at a friends house and tried a glass of wine using it. Loved it. So got one for the hubby for his birthday.Really wish it didn’t use batteries but totally understand and hope they last long. An extra “straw” thing would be nice as well.Overall it does what it’s suppose to and I would buy again.

Great customer service. I couldn’t find the corkscrew. So I called the company and left a message. I received call back in less than 30 min. Corkscrew was there hiding behind the pump. I bought this one as a gift. Great aerator,easy to use and clean. Improves wine taste immediately,no need to pour and wait.Love this product.

So fun to use. We gift this to all our wine consuming friends and family. They love it. We always do the fun test of having them taste the wine prior to the aeration first so that they can tell the difference after aeration. It's amazing!

Our son-in-law was given this as a birthday gift and he sent a message that it was great and did provide a positive flavor enhancement.

This works great and I love it. No complaints even for $100. So easy to clean and use.

Works fine on most bottles. Needs to include an extension for magnums and taller bottles.
