K6 jammed after a few uses at normal settings, useless product and terrible customer service
K6: terrible product, terrible customer service. AvoidK6 jammed after a few uses. After 3 weeks of email communication they told me I had overtightened it and it was broken due to misuse. Setting was at 45 clicks, apparently you mustn’t use less than 50 clicks.Total waste of money and very negative experience. Not even sure they are a proper company in usual sense of the word, but rest assured if yours doesn’t work they won’t be helpful.STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS PRODUCT
