Timer options not well thought out
Overall it seems to work quite well and it seems well built. My only gripe is the timer selections. There are four watering intervals, 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours. Come on, who waters every 12 hours.. The 48 and 72 hour options are good but the shortest watering interval goes from 5 minutes for the 12 and 24 hour selections to 10 minutes. I have this in a greenhouse with starter plants and I am using fixed .5GPH emitters instead of the adjustable ones included. 5 minutes every 48 hours would be ideal but 10 minutes drowns all the smaller pots.Update: All the lights on this are now dead making it impossible to tell what it is set to.

Solar drip irrigation system
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review:I recently installed a Solar Drip Irrigation System in my garden, and I must say, it has completely transformed the way I water my plants. This innovative system deserves a solid 5-star rating for its exceptional performance and sustainability. One of the standout features of this system is its use of solar power. By harnessing the energy from the sun, the system operates without the need for electricity or batteries, making it both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. This means I can water my plants consistently without worrying about energy consumption or utility bills. The drip irrigation design of this system is a game-changer in terms of water efficiency. Instead of flooding the entire garden or relying on manual watering, the system delivers water directly to the roots of the plants in a slow and steady manner. This targeted approach not only conserves water but also ensures that each plant receives the right amount of moisture, promoting healthier growth and reducing water wastage.I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of installation and use of the Solar Drip Irrigation System. The kit came with clear instructions, and setting it up was a breeze. The drip lines and emitters are adjustable, allowing me to customize the watering patterns according to the specific needs of each plant. The system also includes a timer, which further enhances convenience by automating the watering schedule. In terms of durability, this system is built to last. The materials used are of high quality and designed to withstand outdoor conditions. I have been using the Solar Drip Irrigation System for several months now, and it has remained reliable and efficient, even in harsh weather conditions. Not only does this system save water and energy, but it also saves me time and effort. With the automated watering schedule, I no longer have to manually water my plants every day. This frees up my time to focus on other gardening tasks and ensures that my plants are consistently well-nourished.Overall, the Solar Drip Irrigation System is a game-changer for anyone looking to optimize their garden watering practices. Its use of solar power, water efficiency, ease of installation, and durability make it a top choice for sustainable irrigation. I highly recommend this system to all gardeners who want to conserve resources while maintaining healthy and thriving plants.

Ok for very small areas
I thought with the length of the tubing I could do my whole garden bed. However, the pump is just not powerful enough to push the water beyond a few feet of tubing. Going to use it for my 2x3 herb box, but not really what I needed it for

Nice kit with reservations
I did some testing inside before taking it out. The pump moves water at 2.75 cups per minute or 10.3 gallons an hour.If you set the device for 5 minutes running every 12 hours you'll distribute 1.6 gallons a day to them. You can do the math from there to figure out what you need. Water to plant will differ depending on how you run your tubing.I had plenty of tubing but I wasn't working in the green house. I ran it to a 8' long raised bed and a series of tomato plants in pots on the other side of the fence. There are two problems with the kit. The first is that the LCD is really hard to see in even a little bit of sunlight. Bring a big hat or something to shade the sun out. The second is that there is a water shortage alert but it will not turn off the pump. It'll just beep ever few seconds. If you set this thing up outside you're in danger of burning out the pump if you leave it for days and days.Recommended at the 30% off price.I wanted to make sure my tomato plants and ground cherries got enough water this summer. Don't be like me and install this on a hot day! It takes awhile and you'll be watering the plants with your sweat.

Worked fine until it rained. Very disappointed that it stopped working.

Didn’t last a month
Sadly I have the same problem as another reviewer. The indicator lights stopped working. Without the lights there is no way to adjust the settings or even tell if it is on. It’s a good pump and would work for what it is intended for but seems to be a very short lived device.
