It's said that Raspberry Ketones can help with dieting due to appetite suppression. I must admit, it's hard for me to say in such a short time if this actually works. I think the obvious thing to preface a review of something like these is that they aren't miracle tablets, they only have you lose weight like a small percentage boost and so if you don't put in any effort you aren't going to notice anything. That aside for the price you get 2 months worth which is a very good time period to see if anything is happening and its really easy to take them due to their size and taste (basically nothing imo). Interestingly when you first acquire the packet the combined tablets actually give off a pleasant berry smell in case anyone might've wondered if it was really something from raspberries. Could be worth buying some as a trial if you are already putting in the physical effort to lose weight.

Need to continue to lose another 1/2 stone and combined with regular exercise and a balanced diet these could be of benefit.The tablets are in a 'vac pack' and I found this a little difficult to extract just one tablet from without spilling a load over the counter.Maybe an improvement would be to package in a small pill bottle?The tablets do smell nice like Raspberries and taste fruity in the mouth! Really a nice product all in all! I'll take the full course and see what happens!

I have been taking these for a few days so not able to give an appraisal of the effects/benefits, as yet. But, what I can say at this stage is that they are very small, so easy to swallow. These extremely small tablets are very easy to swallow and if the "Trust me I'm a doctor" series is true then there is evidence to show that they are effective. Having said that I'm not sure about such a small dose. I can't seem to find evidence online that corroborates the TV series. Never the less I've tried them and I'll see if they are as effective as advertised. I do feel my appetite has been supressed a little but that might just be the placebo effect.
