Great product from a Good Company and because it's liposomal it means much more of what you're taking is actually used in your body so it doesn't have to be a giant pill.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not.I love flip-top lids on supplement bottles!This bottle comes about 20% full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last three months.The manufacture date on mine is Oct 2023, but it doesn't have an expiration date.The smaller than average capsules have a light herbal scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says manufactured in the United States and GMP-certified.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. Their renuebyscience site is not only functional but has extensive information on it from bios of their founder and leaders to their research to their 100% satisfaction guarantee (which is nice since Amazon doesn't accept returns on supplements) to providing a working phone number and an online chat feature. This is a robust company and their transparency eases my distrust of supplement companies and helps me feel confidence in their products.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients here, including the lack of fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. I have used supplement from Renue a few times, with good results. And for three months' of capsules from an established company, it's a good deal.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

At first I was concerned that I received an outdated product but then realized the date stamped on the bottom is the MANUFACTURE date, not the expiration date. However, no info is provided about the shelf life of the product, so that's a ding. The product is more expensive on a cost per dose basis than others I've purchased, but this is the first of a liposomal quality that I've tried. I realize that probably contributes to the higher cost. In use, so far, I haven't noticed any difference from those earlier products. I'm only about a month into the bottle so it might take longer before I get to realize improvements, especially for sleep quality.

I have read in several places that the Liposomal form of ashwagandha is supposed to be more bioavailable. The capsules are easy to swallow and no weird taste while taking them. Since the dosage is 1 capsule a day and there are 90 capsules in the bottle you are getting a three month supply for a very good price. According to the label these are made according to GMP standards in the USA and are also third party tested. Since I work for big pharma, this is good to know.After two weeks of taking this, I have not experienced any stomach discomfort, nausea or other side effects with this supplement

The liposomal delivery system is a great concept, but the serving size of 200mg per capsule is remarkably low. I received the bottle one year after its manufacture date.Compared to other ashwagandha supplements on the market, which typically range from 1000mg to 3000mg per serving, this product's dosage seems inadequate. As a result, I didn't experience any noticeable benefits.My primary concern is the price. At $0.33 per capsule, it's pricey considering the low dosage. You can find more potent ashwagandha supplements at a lower cost per serving.

These are so bad tasting that I can’t take them long enough to tell you if they really work.

I had high hopes for this high-strength liposomal Ashwagandha supplement, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Initially, I was impressed by the product’s claims of superior absorption due to the liposomal formulation and was eager to experience the benefits Ashwagandha is known for, such as stress relief and improved energy. However, after a short time, I noticed the capsules began to stick together in the bottle, forming one large clump.Despite storing the bottle in a cool, dry place as recommended, the capsules continued to clump up, and it became almost impossible to separate them without damaging them. Even when I tried to gently pry them apart, many broke or leaked, making them unusable. This was especially frustrating because I had only just started using the product and didn’t get the chance to see its long-term benefits.I was really disappointed, as I specifically chose this product for its high-strength formula and premium positioning. While the idea behind the liposomal delivery system is great, the execution leaves much to be desired if the capsules can’t hold up in normal storage conditions. Unfortunately, the entire bottle ended up going to waste.I hope the company addresses this issue in future batches, as the concept has potential. For now, I can’t recommend this product unless they resolve the clumping problem—it’s simply not worth the hassle or the wasted money.

Capsules were all well sealed, there was no dust in the bottle. The bottle arrived sealed. It seems as good as any ashwagandha I've tried in the past.
