We purchased these to help protect bat from the cold. We had a tournament with 35 degree weather and needed to keep those bats as warm as we could. My son did not take them out until his turn to bat and put them back immediately after.

These baseball bat sleeves were disappointing to me. My nine-year-old grandson liked them well enough. He loves anything baseball related and was happy to try them out. They look fine, but they were hard for him to get on and take off. They were hard for an adult to do as well. The Velcro would not tighten as much as it needed to and so it would slide. I was disappointed that it didn't have a strap to carry it with. I thought that it did, but I had looked at several different ones and I guess I got confused and didn't realize this one didn't have a strap, so that's on me. I can't say that I recommend this product.

Good bat cover. Got to protect my daughters composite bats. I took off a star because they don't put enough Velcro on it to hold it on. There is only about 1 inch to stick the strap too, so you can't get it real tight, especially on composite bats since the neck are a little more skinny than normal bats. If they had 2-3 inches of Velcro you could wrap it around tighter.
