The ice pack kept things cold for at least 12 hr as I needed it to. The time was easy to set and fairly accurate. I like that I could get extra ice packs so my pet’s caregiver while we were on vacay could easily change it. The 2 bins worked well. She put the current soft meal in, left lid open and set timer on 2nd for 12 hr later. Worked great (cat also eats some hard food too).

I really like this automatic feeder for when I'm just gone over night. I had a more complicated one before, but it was not at all user friendly, and so difficult to program that sometimes it wasn't releasing food. This one works great. I thought it might be clunky because it is so low tech, but I couldn't even hear it when it opened. Great for my cat!

Cat no longer wakes me up for food. That alone is worth the buy.Ticking is soft. I don't hear a ding--wish it did ding.I recommend purchasing an extra set of food bowls AND an extra ice pack or two. It makes prepping so much easier.Ice pack doesn't last very long to keep food cold.Wish bowls were a little wider to prevent whisker fatigue. Still these bowls are better in size that other bowls on the market.I don't understand the point of the battery and if anyone could reply, that's appreciated.

Seems like a quality product without cheapness. All parts fit well and it works well.

This one meal pet feeding machine is great.So easy to set up. Love the stainless steel for sanitary reasons. Affordable too.

The one major disappointment and design flaw is that the dials are very inaccurate. I did a few trials, setting both dials precisely on the same number, and they opened 8-15 minutes apart. This is bad because I wanted to use this to feed my 2 puppies while I’m at work for 8-9 hours of the day. If only one opens, they will be pushing each other’s faces away to eat all of the food, then the same will happen when the other one finally opens. If there was a digital version of this, where you can press a time increase/ decrease button in like 30 minute increments, and hit ONE start button that sets a timer for both to open at the exact same time, I’d re-purchase this product. For now, returning. It’s useless to me.

Giving a low score cause my dog figured out how to open so it's not useful anymore. And also she was able to pop off the back where the battery goes easily, which could potentially be dangerous if she chewed on it while I'm gone. The device works great with being on time and has decent amount of space for her serving.

Our pair of four month old Maine Coon kittens are enjoying this easy to use, easy to keep clean timed feeder. They enjoy it so much, they asked us to get a second one.

This has been a lifesaver as my kitten loves to wake me at 5am every day for breakfast. It’s quiet, there is a faint ticking noise but it doesn’t make noise when it opens. I don’t find there to be an issue with the timer, it seems to open on time. Also is durable, my kitten has tried her best to get it open and can’t, however I did have to Velcro it to my floor as she kept flipping it around my room lol. But now it’s great.

This works great for feeding my dog her medication on time when I can't be home. Super simple and easy to use. I went through 3 feeders before finding one that would work. The other 2 were the 5 compartment carousel types. My dog wanted to break into the other compartments and would likely destroy the feeder in the process. This single compartment works perfectly. I just wish it had a little beeper or alarm option of some kind because my senior dog sleeps alot and her hearing isn't the best when she is awake, so she sometimes doesn't notice the feeder has opened. An alarm would give this product 5 stars for me.

Der Futterautomat funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich stelle immer grob die Zeit ein, wann sich die Klappen ungefähr öffnen sollen. Mir kommt es nicht auf penible Genauigkeit an. Die Automaten mit WLAN und dem Schnickschnack sind mir zu anstrengend.Die Edelstahl-Näpfe rochen anfangs nicht so toll, nach ein paar Mal abwaschen geht es.Das Ticken der Uhr ist angenehm, klingt bissel urig. 😄Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert.
