I had to wait a while to really use this chair and put it through it's paces. I did a lot of research before I finally pulled the trigger on this purchase. I'm happy to say that I really, really, like this chair. The comfort and support it provides is like no other chair I've sat in. The main thing for me was having a chair that was mesh as the material seems to hold up longer and it breaths more than the pleated, cloth, chairs. The adjustments are almost too much since there's an adjustment for almost any contour on your body. It feels like adjusting you seat on a bike, it'll never be perfect but you'll keep adjusting it all the time.Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and will continue recommending it to my friends and family. Definitely worth the price

Updated: Sihoo replied and willing to improve on this issue and refund it.I wanted to love the Sihoo S300. The upholstery is great and the build feels sturdy. But the leg design is fundamentally flawed, causing the casters to drag and lock up on every turn, even on perfectly smooth floors.When I email them about the issue, SIHOO support said this is normal because the wheels are "anti-slip" and offered a $25 credit to buy aftermarket replacements caster. That is not a solution. The chair’s base is poorly engineered and no amount of lubrication or new caster wheel will fix it.For a premium-priced chair, this performance is unacceptable. If you need easy maneuverability, avoid the S300 or be prepared to stuck while moving it. Buyer beware!

The media could not be loaded. The seat on this chair moves in and out to support different seat depths however they have only attached the seat on one side of the track it slides in which means the entire right side of the seat moves and slides around as you sit. This is so uncomfortable that I assumed it was broken and needed to be repaired.Sihoo customer service was very friendly, professional, and prompt but they did say the chair was intentionally designed this way.... To say that design is on purpose is absolutely baffling to me. Maybe it's what some other people want in a chair but I like my butt to stay where I put it while I'm sitting.Also I think if you have any level of Kyphois or even just a pronounced spinal curvature you will find this chair uncomfortable on your spine.I returned this product for that reason.
