Arrived damaged as not packaged correctly
I love this shower gel, however unfortunately on this occasion the item arrived with the pump snapped off and the gel leaked into the bag. I have raised a request for a refund but I have to return the item for a refund, which I am unable to do as it will leak everywhere.
