Excellent Piece of Kit
This is quite a bit bigger than the usual electric steamers and takes up quite a bit more space, it is easy to refill and does not boil dry (it has an automatic anti boil dry function but I've never let it do that) it also has a visible water guage and easy to use timer, it has a separate tray that collects steamed liquids. The steam racks are not that brittle crystal plastic that splits and cracks but more opaque and very durable, they also slot inside one another for easier storage, so when you use it you have to remember to start with the smaller one on the bottom, moving up to the larger one then reverse for storage and that's easy to do. The steam containers are spacious so you can put a lot of vegetables or whatever to be steamed in one, or use as desired. We are delighted with this and use it regularly, it is easy to clean, it is not heavy or cumbersome it cooks rapidly. You do have to make sure you have slotted the tiers in correctly and the lid is on the right way or you get a lot of steam escaping but I wouldn't change this for anything else.

Useful and practical
This is a great size Steamer, all trays go into one another and are numbered 1,2, 3. when not in use put 1,23 inside together but when in use it's the opposite 3, 2,1. Which I thought was genius. These are sturdy, good quality, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The base is easy to fill with fill holes either end. And a black plastic drip tray. It's simple to use, timer can easily be set without confusion. Heats up Quickly. Seems sturdy and durable, looks good, Silver and black as in picture I love mine use it all the time

Good product for the price range
Used my new steamer for the first time on Sunday for the roast dinner vegetables. I had 3 different types of veg in the steamer and used 2 of the trays. All of the veg was cooked perfectly and I was pleased with the flavour of the veg that had been cooked in the steamer. Nice looking item that doesn't take up too much room for storage. Easy to clean afterwards as well. I chose not to use the dishwasher to clean it and washed it up by hand, very quick and painless!

LOVE IT
Easy to use, easy to clean, potatoes and vegetables cook well. Takes around 40 minutes for potatoes (maybe im cutting them to big), and 20 minutes for vegetables. Food tastes good.

Early days, but...
This is my first steamer and I am still getting used to it, but so far so good in terms of the cooked quality of my food. What I found immediately however is that the food is not very hot, and certainly by the time I am half-way through my meal it is stone cold. Having always boiled my veg and having to blow on them to cool them down a bit, this has come as an unpleasant shock. I haven't read anyone else having this issue and wonder if it is just because I don't steam my veg for long - I like them quite firm. But if this is the reason, then it means I will either have to have cold veg or soft ones. Very disappointing on that score. On the positive side, this steamer is nice to look at, being smaller than I thought it would be and also oval shape which I think looks less cumbersome than the round ones. The baskets stack inside one another for neat storage and they are also a lot clearer than some I have seen, not like glass but still fairly clear. The description suggests that the water reservoir holds enough to last for up to an hour, but I have had the timer set for 12 minutes and the water level goes down by half in that time. It's not an issue though as you can fill it from outside if required without having to lift the tray off. The plastic generally seems quite flimsy but also quite adequate. However, when I have added the top basket during cooking I find that the lid doesn't fit (it is too big), I imagine because it has lost its shape a bit due to the heat generated while on top of the middle basket. Possibly this won't be a problem after the unit has been used a few more times and "settled down". Some reviews for various steamers say that water overflows, this is not the case with this one and it remains dry on the outside with no water at all getting on my worktop. Also I have not found that the handles or lid get hot and have not needed to use a cloth or gloves. I would like to say that I am really delighted with this steamer, but the lukewarm food is the spoiler. Hoping I can resolve this somehow.
