How can I stop it from buzzing all the time

Sounds as if you have an unsuitable power supply, probably a battery charger as they don't have smoothing for the 12VDC output & therefore will buzz all the time. get a proper supply unit, there are plenty available (12VDC @ 2Amps) at very low prices

The outside volume is very low. Is there a way to turn this up?

If you mean a microphone outside it's a design fault that causes a problem

Yes, but you need to buy the door opener mechanism. This is a good intercom for the money, and works well over long distances.

i bought this door bell a year ago but cant get it to work the last too weeks where can i get some instructions from asi cant find mine

When mine stopped working the fault was the wiring inside the phone. The connection block on the underside of the phone where you attach the two core cable can become loose and the contacts for that block inside the handset will probably need re soldering. A good way to test the contacts is with a continuity test meter, that will soon tell you where the loss of contact is. That's my bet on what your issue is.
