Love these! Good proportion of electrolytes while limiting sodium levels (we all get too much sodium in our diets!) and calories. And great flavor! Had these on our subscriptions order list! Wish they were still available!!! 🙄

These are DELICOUS! You are supposed to use one packet with 16 oz. water, but to me that is WAY too strong. I use half a packet and the taste is sweet, delightful, and addictive. Since using these, I have MANY fewer muscle cramps in my legs after exercising. Considering the strength of each powder and the fact that I get 2 drinks for every packet, this is an EXCELLENT deal - much, MUCH better than Liquid IV!

Does not dissolve in water totally waste of money

I’m not a water drinker but I know it’s important, so these really get me by. If it clumps like some reviewers say, just shake it and they dissolve right away. Shaken is always better than stirred anyway. I haven’t tried a flavor I don’t like but tropical punch and ice pop are the best so far imo.

Not so great. It still hydrates well. Not my favorite.
