My wife and I purchased this to help clear up her skin and to also get black heads out of my nose. After our first try, I can say without a doubt that this thing is extremely powerful. It can pop pimples, remove oil and suck out dirty pores. I will warn anyone about to use this product though: start with the lowest setting your first few times. If you use a high setting right away (even medium) there is a good chance your face will be black and blue and people will be very concerned that you were recently mugged.Overall this is a very good product and I would recommend it.
