In the city of Townsville, the frustrated Professor Utonium is gathering all the ingredients to make a perfect little girl (sugar, spice, and everything nice). But when his lab assistant, a monkey named Jojo, causes the accidental addition of Chemical X to the mix, the Professor ends up with not one but 3 perfect, powerful little girls. It soon becomes obvious that Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup are not normal girls, they have superpowers and have not yet learned to control. The girls are treated like outcasts because they have inadvertently wrecked Townsville in a superpowered game of tag. To win the hearts of the people of Townsville, the girls are tricked into making a deal with Jojo who plans to take over Townsville. As the girls foil this threat and defeat an army of superpowered monkeys, the Powerpuff Girls learn that with great power comes great responsibility.

Powerfulpuff original series
Is a very good price and has the original series which is difficult to find on any app without having to pay a subscription, is well packed and the dvd have extra songs and even videos that are so fun to watch.

The Powerpuff girls we loved as three siblings. All 12 discs played really well. I got a DVD holder exclusively for the Powerpuff Girls complete series. For those who looking to buy this, I highly recommend you order a DVD holder like I did so you can replay this discs from the DVD holder without ever have to put them in those tiny pinhole disc holders that the complete series discs originally came in.

I docked a star because one episode is unreadable on one of the discs, I tried 3 different players.

My Favorite Cartoon!
What can I say, I love The Powerpuff Girls and I'm happy I bought this DVD when it was cheap lol. It works well and it brings back childhood memories.

When I heard about this getting re-released, I was tempted to buy it. But when it first released in May, I was bothered by the photos from those who purchased on Amazon and YouTube videos that showed this one defect on the outer slip cover, so I held off for awhile. Later, I noticed that they were fixing the issue with the release of this set so I waited until the time was right. I noticed that there were new videos that don't show the defect on the outer cover, which meant it was the perfect time to purchase. When I got it in the mail today, I was happy to see that the copy I received was free of the black line (the defect I was referring to) on the outer cover. I'm glad I waited.

Great addition to my collection.
Looks like they have addressed the issue of the black line on the other box. As you can see, mine has no issues. Definitely happy to have this to add to all my other cartoons.
