The scent is a somewhat powdery scent. It has lasted a good while so it's worth purchasing. You get two containers of the oil at 10.12 oz. of the oil. I would get this product again and the container is attractive for your decor. Easy to clean. And it is refillable.

This Shangri-La air freshener has a pleasing scent and is being used in our kitchen and adjoining lounge area. The scent has a clean and relaxing vibe, and it is not overpowering or too floral. Our feeling is that it enhances our living space, not dominate it with some artificial scent.The bottle also looks good, and the reed that diffuses the scent is a good length. This is not something that draws unwanted attention to itself. It sits on a shelf and we catch the scent when we walk by. It is subtle and classy, and we have been enjoying the aroma even after having had it for the past 30 days.

but pleasant… I like that it’s not overwhelming

This is a nice reed set that comes with 2 packs of black reed sticks as well as a refill bottle of scent. It can be used in both small and medium places, but maybe it’s best for small spaces. I put mine in my family room which is a medium sized space. I smell it mostly when i am in there.When I first set it up, I smelled it both in that room and from the dinner table just outside that room. Only 2 days have passed and I only smell it when I am in the family room now. I’m not sure about the overall longevity since it has already dwindled significantly in a short time period.I honestly cannot place the scent exactly. I def smell jasmine and something that resembles baby powder. The rest of it smells fresh and clean, but it’s really hard to pinpoint what the other notes are on it. Overall, it is a pleasant smell. When you first stick the reeds in, I found it to be just a little overpowering, but after one day, it has definitely gotten softer in scent.So far, I am happy with it.

This set came in a cute, well-designed box that would be very "giftable." When I first opened it, it smelled STRONG. I was worried that it would be too strong in our small bathroom. After a few hours, the smell kind of mellowed out and now it's very pleasant. It smells vaguely herbal, but overall very fresh and clean. My husband thinks it smells like the expensive boutique baby wipes, so take that for what it's worth lol. It's been in the bathroom for about a week now and still has about 3/4 of the bottle of oil left (and it also came with a refill bottle!). Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

This is a good quality reed diffuser, that comes with a refill of the juice as well as the reeds to put in it. The bottle is a lovely green glass that looks very classy. The scent is great, I chose the cologne one, and it is light and fresh, but definitely present and comforting. I've got it in my small bathroom and the scent does stand out when you walk into the room. I flip the reeds every other day or so to keep them fresh and saturated, it seems to help keep the scent going for a longer time. I think this reed diffuser is a good value, you get the main one, and then the refill is as large as the regular part, so really you're getting a couple of reed diffusers.
