Generous cable lengths and completely functional. I think this is a fairly good value pack, I use them for my phone and laptop and occasionally my tablet. Anker has been a reliable brand for me but I have never had to claim under warranty so I cannot comment on that process

We're a family of 4 with many devices and limited chargers, some of which are getting on a bit to be fair. Charging slots do sometimes become a premium, especially at the end of the school day when everything needs charging or the world will end, so I am told. The old trusty charging hub in the living room, a 5 year veteran, does the job but a bit slowly for newer phones and tablets. Needed some quicker power to stop the kids constant bemoaning about my old tech from forever ago, so I bought this. I've bought Anker products before, all been good so I trust the brand and I was not disappointed. Chargers were smaller and more compact than I was expecting, having seen similar, charging speed seems great across all devices used and the kids were so impressed that they have commandeered these so I am left with old faithful. May need to buy another pack. Overall, great quality, works across a variety of devices well, nothing seems to be getting too hot or presenting problems and the inclusion of the cables is a big bonus. Very Happy.

The charges and plugs are very light weight and portable and easy to use tgey turned up new as described by the seller and they are safe to use especially as we are in a heatwave they haven’t over heated admittedly I have been using in a shady part of the house . Great value for money .

Good price and versatile as can use either USB lead

After 2 months one plug has stopped working altogether so contacted Anker direct and they have been brilliant . They investigated and confirmed a new replacement plug would be sent out to me . While disappointed the plug gave up the after sale service has been fantastic . I regularly purchase Anker products and this is the first failure of one of their products I’ve had . I will still purchase Anker products as I like them and their customer service but a second to none
