These have been a game changer for me. The first thing I noticed was an even more balanced ph. Also it gets your digestion going eventually making u more regulated in the bathroom department. Which has also made me less bloated. I tend to have a really hard time swallowing any pills so I pop mine open and swallow it with lots of water lol. I also love love love that they don't need to be refrigerated so I can keep some in my purse on the go. I'm so pleased with them that I've already made my 3rd order. And I especially like all of the positive reviews. I really feel like this product has helped me tremendously and I hope to never go without ! It took my tummy about a week to fully get used to but it was mild and totally worth it, I'm honestly really greatful for these and I hope they never change 💜 also my most favorit part is that they come completely safety sealed so I can rest assured they are safe to use 🧡
