Second pair
This is my second pair. mainly because I can use one pair and have the other in the wash they are ok one you get use to them. I wouldn’t use them at night as they have a tendency to get tight round ankle. I use them if I go out during the day as extra support Along with insoles. For the price they are quite good though to be fair!!

Comfort.
Ought for my son who as suffered for years. He found they did make life more comfortable but could do with a larger size. He takes adult size 12!

Not for me. Poor padding and support.
Sadly this product didn’t do it for me. My parting thoughts (as I am no longer wearing them in the hopes of relief) is that they simply aren’t fit for any real purpose when it comes to providing support or cushioning to painful plantar fasciitis:* You could get the same level of padding, if not more, with a comfy pair of socks and a bit of excess padding sown to the heel. For next to no cost.* The ‘padding’ (which as far as I can tell is just an oval patch on the heel; the same material as the rest of the support) in these actually worsen my pain as you have the constant pressure of rather obtrusive seems under an already painful part of the foot.* In addition to above, I thought these would really help me be able to walk around in the house/stand barefoot for some time. They didn’t, it actually hurt more.* I have tiny feet, so didn’t find they squeezed too tight over time like others commented, but they were not remotely breathable and it got pretty sweaty in there after an hour or two of use.The few pros:* I thought they fit quite well, slid into place easily and didn’t move about. Shame they were uncomfortable after all that.* They certainly LOOK good, they appear smart and unobtrusive/discreet, and could be worn unseen in shoes. (Which was more tolerable but still not overly comfortable)

Cuts off blood circulation and a seam directly under your heel - not good for plantar fasciitis!
I bought those as they were advertised as support for plantar fasciitis and better than night splints. Very disappointed with the product. They are very tiny so wearing them is very uncomfortable and feels like they cut off blood circulation - and my feet are UK size 9 so a standard men size. They have a seam in the centre of your heel so they make walking even more painful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS.

Great
These are brilliant for what I need. I have new dance shoes and they were rubbing my heels. I can't wear socks with them so thought I'd try these. Comfortable to wear without slipping down too much

Small to fit
This was not helpful as it stated in the instructions

These have definitely helped with my pain relief and support

Good for ankle problems
Good quality material though do come up tight so order next size. Not sure about ridge under foot as it feels like you have a stone under your foot when walking anywhere.
